The paper submission is organized in two steps:

  1. Abstract submission – deadline: 15 December 2019
  2. Full paper submission – deadline: 15 February 2020

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The Abstract should be turned in by using ABSTRACT SUBMISSION FORM.

The Abstract (400-600 words) must be structured into 4 subheadings and followed by 3-6 key words:

  • Purpose: What are the reason(s) for writing the paper or aims of the research
  • Methodology: How are the objectives achieved? Include main method(s) used for the research. How do you approach the topic and what is the theoretical or subject scope of the paper?
  • Findings: What was discovered/proved in the course of conducting research? This will refer to the analysis, discussion or results. If the paper reports on the research, include suggestions for future research and provide information about any identified limitations during the research process.
  • Contribution: What is new in the paper? State its theoretical, empirical, practical and social contribution and what it concerns.

In case of Acceptance, the author receives the notification of acceptance via e-mail by ……

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

The full papers should prepared using the provided TEMPLATE FOR FULL PAPERS.

Submitted papers are expected to be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at the same time. They should be written in the English language using Microsoft Word. The selection of the papers will be made in accordance with a double-blind review process. The authors have to attend the congress for the final acceptance (DETAILED INSTRUCTION FOR FULL PAPER).

The author will receive all further notifications via e-mail sent by the Organizing Committee.

PUBLICATION POSSIBILITIES

Accepted, registered (i.e., paid) and presented papers will be published in the THI2020 congress proceedings (indexed in CIRET, EBSCO – Hospitality & Tourism Complete, ProQuest – ABI/INFORM and RePEc).

Selected papers will be considered for publication in International Scientific Journal “Tourism and Hospitality Management” indexed and abstracted in: ABI/INFORM Complete (ProQuest), CAB Abstracts –Leisure, Recreation and Tourism Abstracts (CABI Publishing), Cabell’s Directories, DOAJ – Directory of open access journals, EconLit (American Economic Association), ESCI – Emerging Sources Citation Index (Clarivate Analytics), Web of Science™ Core Collection, ERIH Plus, Hospitality & Tourism Complete (EBSCO Publishing), Hrčak, RePEc and Scopus.

Important notes:

  • For each paper at least one full registration fee must be paid. Fees are not refundable if a participant cannot attend the conference.
  • The author must attend and present the paper at the congress in order to be considered for publishing.
  • The number of submitted papers per author is limited to two (2).
